Welcome to Cupcaken' Around
Our Story
Cupcaken' Around is a home bakery specializing in scratch made gourmet pound cakes that are made-to-order and suitable for all occasions without the added stress of all the details involved with custom cakes. Simply put, we do not provide custom cakes. We consider our top-notch standard cake decor to be luxurious, tastefully appointed, and aesthetically pleasing. In a nutshell, the goal is to provide you with a beautiful and delicious cake that is sure to wow you and your guests, whether it's for a special occasion or to simply satisfy your sweet tooth! We offer curbside pick-up Monday through Saturday, and delivery on Saturdays from noon till 3pm (deliveries outside of those days/hours, if available and agreed to, must be pre-arranged). We want your experience to be memorable, and customer service is our main focus. We hope to hear from you soon!
Our Menu
Our menu features a variety of beautifully decorated gourmet bundt and pound cakes, all made from scratch with fresh, quality ingredients. There's a beautiful, delicious cake waiting just for you at Cupcaken' Around. We also offer catering services of our cakes and cupcakes for your special occasion. Don't hesitate to reach out to us via our Order Request Form to inquire about our services.
NOTE: At this time we do NOT offer vegan and gluten-free options.
Our Terms
- We require one business day to confirm your order request and to send a payment link via email.
- We offer curbside pickup Monday-Friday from 10am until 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am until 12pm (noon).
- For curbside pickup, we're located 4 miles from the Charlotte Premium Outlets off I-485 at the Steele Creek Road exit. Exact location will be provided on your payment receipt.
- Delivery is offered on Saturdays from 1pm to 3pm.
- Delivery fees are calculated at 67 cents per mile and will be included in your invoice.
- Customer satisfaction is our main goal. Please examine your cake when it is picked up or delivered. After the order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any damages to the cake. Cake care instructions will be provided.
- Full payment is required at the time your order is placed. No order is confirmed until payment is received.
- Orders over $200 with at least two (2) weeks advance notice require a 50% deposit and remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the day of pick up or delivery. If the balance is not paid by the due date, you will receive a reminder. If we have not received payment within 24 hours after sending a reminder, the order will be canceled, and the deposit will be refunded less a $20 service charge.
- Canceled orders will be refunded less a $20 service charge.
- We do not offer custom cakes, nor do we honor requests to add/change any of our cake flavors or cake decor.
- If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us directly to resolve the issue. We stand by our products and will do what we can to rectify the situation.
- Refund requests for any reason will not be granted without return of the product. If you're not satisfied with the product you've received, please plan to return it if requesting a refund.
Gourmet Bundt Cakes And Pound Cakes
10-inch gourmet bundt and pound cakes, made from scratch using quality ingredients, tastefully appointed and suitable for all occasions. NOTE: cakes described as Bundt Style are baked in decorative bundt pans whereas cakes described as Traditional are baked in traditional angel-food tube pans to provide more topping area.
SunDrop Pound Cake $45
Bundt Style old-fashioned, buttery POUND cake bursting with lemony citrus flavor, with tangy lemon glaze and zest.
Chocolate Sour Cream Pound Cake $45
Bundt Style chocolate POUND cake, glazed with chocolate ganache, and garnished with chocolate chips, shaved chocolate curls, OR chocolate sprinkles.
Royal Red Velvet Bundt Cake $45
Bundt Style moist red velvet BUNDT cake with cream cheese glaze. Garnished with red velvet cake crumbles. Toasted Chopped pecans are optional.
German Chocolate Bundt Cake $55
Bundt Style moist German chocolate BUNDT cake covered in homemade coconut pecan frosting.
Caramel Cream Cheese Pound Cake $55
Bundt Style cream cheese POUND cake, glazed with delicious homemade caramel. Toasted, chopped pecan topping optional.
Strawberry Shortcake Pound Cake $65
Traditional real strawberry POUND cake topped with shortcake crumbs and strawberries, with strawberry glaze.
Upside Down Peach OR Apple Cobbler Pound Cake $65
Traditional cream cheese POUND cake with a hint of cinnamon flavor, topped with cooked peaches OR apples, cinnamon crumble, and then glazed to perfection.
Upside Down Candied Yam Cream Cheese Pound Cake $65
Traditional moist cream cheese POUND cake with a hint of cinnamon, with baked-in fresh, buttery candied yams and a pecan caramel glaze.
2 Dozen Classic Cupcake Special $50
2-dozen or more required. Choose up to 2 flavors per 2-dozen. Available flavors: Classic Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry Shortcake Crunch, Vanilla Confetti, Wedding Almond, Chocolate or Vanilla Oreo, Lemon Burst.
